Returns

A product can be returned if:

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

• The product is in poor condition, such as: decomposed, bruised, or damaged.

• The packaging is broken at the time of delivery (compromising the quality of the product).

If any of the above points are met, please send us a clear photo or video of the damage via WhatsApp at 8990-4242 to process your request.

IMPORTANT: Claims must be made on the same day of delivery (regardless of the time).
