Home Delivery Orders and Shipments

Ordering days: Saturday to Tuesday.
Shipping fee: 2,200 – 3,000 colones.
Delivery day: Friday, from 7 am – 3 pm (depending on location).
Shipping fee applies only within Enraizadas delivery range.

Pick-Up Orders and Delivery Points

Transport fee: 1,000 colones.
Ordering days: Saturday to Tuesday.
Pick-up day: Friday, from 9 am – 4 pm (depending on pick-up point).
The fee covers part of the transportation costs incurred for delivering your order. We strive to be transparent about our charges

Returnable and Reusable Packaging

Because we are environmentally responsible, we deliver in cardboard boxes and fabric bags.

We can also deliver in your own fabric bags. Just prepare 2 bags with your name and hand them to the delivery person; your next order will arrive in them.

We appreciate you returning the boxes or bags in which your order arrived. If you need to keep them, please store them and return them with your next order. Please do not throw them away or give them away.

We also appreciate the return of glass containers and their lids. Instead of recycling them, it's better to reuse them. We even accept glass containers or jars from other sources, as long as they come with their respective lids. This is because we use them to store delicate items like seeds, which need to be well preserved. Therefore, lids are essential.
