 The package includes: gizzards, liver, heart and neck. Legs are not included.

 These chicks are raised in an open space, where they can go out to graze and sun themselves whenever they want. They are also fed buttercup and mulberry (plants rich in protein) and seasonal fruits, among other delicious and healthy things for them.

 They are not injected with hormones or antibiotics. They are dewormed naturally with garlic, onion and ginger, which gives the meat an incredible flavor.

 If you are NOT going to cook the product within the next 24 hours, it is best to freeze it, since it has no preservatives. If you want to make pieces or portions, it is recommended to use airtight bags and freeze it.

 Avoid letting the product come into contact with other foods before freezing. Label and date how frozen it was and arrange the packages so that you always use the one that has been frozen the longest first.
