Fresh meat, not frozen. Please note that if the chicken weighs more than 2 kg, parts will be removed to adjust the weight. If you want the whole chicken, please indicate it in your order, and also specify if you want it uncut.

These chickens are raised in an open space where they can graze and sun themselves whenever they like. They are fed with buttercup and mulberry (protein-rich plants) and seasonal fruits, among other delicious and healthy foods.

They are not injected with hormones or antibiotics. They are dewormed naturally with garlic, onion, and ginger, which gives the meat an incredible flavor.

This meat contains 50% more vitamin A: an important nutrient for vision, skin health, and boosting the immune system. It is a greater source of Omega 3, which helps prevent cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

If you will NOT cook the chicken within the next 24 hours, it is best to freeze it as it is a product without preservatives. If you want to cut it into pieces or portions, it is recommended to use airtight bags and freeze it.

Avoid contact with other foods before freezing. Label and date the frozen packages, and organize them so that you use the oldest ones first.
